For our families

Every member of the team, and every artisan and supplier the house works with, signs a non-disclosure agreement before learning a family's name. Venues are contracted for exclusive use and closed to the public for the length of the production. Guest information travels on need-to-know documents and is destroyed after the celebration. Photography and film belong to the family, and the press sees a wedding only when the family decides it should, on their terms. Where a family requires it, the house works alongside their security and their family office as one team.

For our visitors

This site holds the least data it can. The enquiry form sends the house exactly what you type, and it is used only to reply to you. There are no advertising trackers, and nothing is sold to anyone. If you ask to receive the journal, that consent is separate, explicit and can be withdrawn with one email to hello@madamewedding.design.

Proposals and private pages

Proposals and private pages are sent through a personal link, one for each person. So that the house can follow up at the right moment, it records when the link is opened, the sections read and the time spent on each, the type of device and the approximate country. This information is kept only for the length of the conversation, is never shared, and is deleted on request.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may ask at any time what personal data the house holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to hello@madamewedding.design and you will receive an answer within one month, as the General Data Protection Regulation requires. Data is processed in the European Union.
