initial meeting
The main purpose of this first conversation is to get in touch with you and gather information so that we can understand the scope of your wedding as much as possible. In this way we'll learn what your vision is for the day, but also what your priorities are.

Wedding or event bespoke proposal
A couple days after our initial call and after getting an overview, we'll create a personalized offer that's tailored to the uniqueness of your most beautiful day..

Planning + design
We guide you through a natural and efficient planning process. The first thing will be the vendor curation to build your team. We work with you to create a custom design for your day, focusing on creating an environment that exudes intimacy, regardless of the esthetic or number of guests.This comes with a delivery of our full wedding guide & planning overview.

Logistic + production
We'll keep coming back to this throughout the process, but as the wedding gets closer, we'll fine tune the timeline, floor plans, and more to prepare for execution on the wedding day. The on-site team will make sure your festivities are a success and everything runs smoothly and on time. This includes greeting and managing your vendors or handling unexpected changes gracefully.

YOUR WEDDING
Relax and enjoy!!! We arrive at your wedding venue the same day as you (or even a day or two before, depending on the overall production requirements). This way we can answer last minute vendor questions, put out any unexpected fires, and get the production started. We take care of the vendors, the design, and the guests, both at the wedding and at any other event we're involved in.

How far in advance should we plan to contact a wedding planner
In an average year, everything depends on the personalities of the bride and groom, but also on the budget. Our team allows us to respond to these types of requests while being efficient and proactive in planning your celebration
